https://www.newstopkorea.com/news/articleView.html?idxno=46350AI 덴탈 솔루션 ‘이노디테크’, 50억 신규 투자 유치   인공지능(AI) 기반 디지털 덴탈 솔루션 기업 이노디테크가 50억원 규모의 신규 투자 유치를 눈앞에 뒀다. 이번 투자에는 국내 벤처캐피탈인 알바트로스인베스트먼트를 비롯해 산업은행, SK증권 등 신규 재무적투자자(FI)들이 참여하기로 했다.   21일 벤처투자 업계에 따르면 이노디테크는 지난 3월부터 진행한 투자 라운드를 조만간 50억원 규모로 마무리한다. 이날까지 알바트로스인베스트먼트, SK증권, 국내 전략적투자자(SI) 한 곳이 10억원씩 총 30억원을 납입했고, 오는 24일 산업은행이 20억원을 납입할 예정이다.   이노디테크는 2019년 설립된 디지털 덴탈케어 전문기업이다. AI 기반 교정 치료계획 솔루션 ‘닥터얼라인내비(Dr.AlignNavi)’와 투명교정 솔루션 ‘클라라AI(clara AI)’를 개발·공급하고 있다. 첫 기관 투자는 2023년 유치했다. 당시 조달한 38억원을 바탕으로 제품 상용화에 성공하며 사업 기반을 다져왔다.   특히 투명교정 시장에서 주목받고 있다. 투명교정은 환자의 치아 구조에 맞춘 장치를 단계적으로 교체하며 치아를 이동시키는 치료 방식이다. 치료 기간이 길게는 3년에 달하는 만큼, 초기 치료계획의 정확도가 치료 결과를 좌우한다.   이노디테크는 이러한 치료계획 수립 과정에 AI를 적용했다. 국내 최대 규모 수준의 3차원(3D) 임상 데이터를 활용한 ‘메타러닝 기반 AI 기술’이다. 이를 통해 환자의 치아 이동 경로를 자동 설계해 의료진의 치료를 돕는다.   주력 제품은 2024년 출시한 ‘클라라 AI’다. 출시 후 약 1년 반 동안 제품과 서비스를 공급하며 병·의원 고객을 확보하고 있다. 지난해에는 중소벤처기업부 아기유니콘 기업과 AI 전환(AX) 실증 지원사업에도 선정되며 기술력과 사업성을 동시에 인정받았다.   이번에 확보한 투자금은 해외 인허가와 글로벌 마케팅 확대에 집중 투입될 예정이다. 현재 국내 인허가 절차를 진행 중이며, 미국 식품의약국(FDA) 인허가는 오는 9~10월 취득을 목표로 하고 있다. 유럽 의료기기 규정(CE MDR) 인증도 진행 중이며, 인허가를 마치는 대로 한국, 미국, 유럽 시장 공략에 속도를 낸다는 계획이다.   글로벌 시장 진출을 위한 행보도 이어지고 있다. 이노디테크는 올해 AEEDC 두바이 치과전시회, 미국 플로리다에서 열린 AAO(American Association of Orthodontists), 싱가포르 IDEM, SusHi Tech Tokyo 등에 참가해 AI 교정 솔루션을 선보였다. 최근에는 CES 2026 디지털 헬스케어 혁신상을 수상하며 글로벌 기술력도 인정받았다.   주보훈 이노디테크 대표는 “이노디테크는 AI 기반 디지털 덴탈 기술을 통해 단순한 교정 솔루션 기업이 아닌 '덴탈 AI 라이프스타일'을 구현하는 것을 목표로 하고 있다”며 “현재는 교정 치료를 시작으로 28개 치아 전체를 분석하는 AI 서비스를 개발했으며 앞으로는 구강 건강 전반을 관리하는 AI 기반 오랄 헬스케어 플랫폼으로 확장해 나갈 계획”이라고 말했다.   이어 “예방 중심의 구강 관리 서비스와 구강 보호장치 등 오랄 헬스케어 제품군도 준비하고 있다”며 “AI를 기반으로 사람들의 구강 건강 전 주기를 관리하는 기업으로 성장하는 것이 비전”이라고 덧붙였다.   알바트로스인베스먼트 관계자는 “투명교정은 치료계획 수립 과정이 매우 복잡한 분야인데 이노디테크는 AI를 활용해 이를 정교하게 구현할 수 있다는 점이 강점”이라며 “AI 기반 기술 경쟁력과 글로벌 시장에서의 성장 가능성을 높게 평가해 투자에 참여했다”고 말했다.   저작권자 © 뉴스톱 무단전재 및 재배포, AI학습 및 활용 금지   출처 : 뉴스톱(https://www.newstopkorea.com)

있다. 1년 이상의 치료 기간 동안 3~4주에 한 번씩 환자를 만나 철사를 순차적으로 교체하고 정기적으로 검진한다.의사 입장에서 치아교정 치료는 일반 치과 치료보다 신경 써야 할 부분이 많다. 치료 기간이 1년 이상으로 길고, 여러 변수가 생길 가능성이 크기 때문이다. 치료 계획을 수정해야 하는 경우도 생긴다. 또한 치아 이동이라는 생역학을 이해해야 하며, 의사가 모든 것을 파악하고 미래 결과까지 예측해야 한다.그만큼 의사도 어려움을 느낀다. 대표적인 것이 환자의 통증 호소와 예측하기 어려운 치아 이동이다. 류희성 원장은 기존 교정 치료의 어려움으로 환자의 통증 호소와 응급 상황 대처를 꼽는다. 철사를 교체하거나 많은 힘을 가해야 하는 시기에 환자가 감수해야 하는 불편과 통증이 크다는 것이다. 철사에 찔려 피가 나는 경우도 마찬가지다. 또한 브래킷을 붙이는 일부터 간단한 점검까지 모든 과정을 의사가 직접 주도해야 한다는 것도 어려움을 느끼는 지점이다. 원병호 원장은 예상하지 못한 치아 이동, 발치와 비발치의 경계에 있는 환자에게 치료 결과를 시각적으로 미리 보여줄 방법이 없다는 점도 아쉬움으로 꼽았다.두 원장은 이런 어려움을 해결하고자 투명 교정 장치를 늘고 있다”라며 “아직 모든 사례에 100% 적용할 수 있는 것은 아니지만 적용 범위가 계속 넓어지는 추세”라고 말했다. 그는 “가까운 미래에 철사 교정 장치는 없어지고 투명 교정 장치가 대체할 것”이라고 강조했다.원병호 원장 역시 “어태치먼트(치아에 부착하는 일종의 손잡이) 개발, 소재 개량과 함께 임상 사례, 경험이 늘어나면서 적용 사례가 늘고 These are not simple images; they are data sets with high medical value, containing relational information such as tooth positions, movement patterns, occlusal changes, and dental arch structures. We trained the AI based on this and refined it through repeated verification. Thanks to this, we were able to complete an AI model specifically optimized for orthodontics.Various AI dental solutions have been launched recently. What sets Dr.AlignNavi apart?The biggest differentiator of Dr.AlignNavi is the function that compares and recommends five treatment plans using simulations. While existing solutions provide a single result, Dr.AlignNavi simultaneously presents five treatment plans reflecting different conditions such as tooth movement, occlusal changes, treatment duration, and stability.
